“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way
to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.
And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.
If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking, and don’t settle.
As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.“
~ Steve Jobs

I read this amazing quote and keep asking myself, the most important question to ask is “How do we align what we are doing with who we are becoming?”
Finding something that is larger than oneself, something we can serve is in essence the foundation of great work and a meaningful legacy.
And in so many ways, be it a person finding that great work, or be it a company finding its place in a larger economy/ecosystem the key when its meaningful, when one is contributing to something bigger than oneself – suddenly then that which is greater than oneself takes a life of its own and starts to organize ones otherwise small life. This is how satisfaction comes in, and perhaps happiness too.
